I liked the photo you picked!..I think it will look good in the classroom if that is the image you have decided to connect with that weekly task. It would be a cool idea for science exploring or even just a fun image by the window ha. I was wondering what you were thinking when you picked it and how it could be incorporated into the classroom!
Thanks! Well at first I just really liked the picture, and thought it was pretty. But the more I thought about it, I think I could use it when teaching several subjects. I think I would be able to incorporate it in social studies, pertaining to where mountains like this would and would not be found. When teaching science I could also refer back to this picture when explaining how mountains are formed. The snow on the top could also lead into discussions on global warming. And I'm sure I could find books that are either about mountains, or have a setting that takes place in the mountains!
I really liked your picture! I think it would be more informative if you were to add a paragraph or something to tell others what or how you would use this photo! I think using it to teach settings or science is a great idea!
